This page explains what happens to your information when you book a session with Hashem Shmaisani. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who is responsible
Hashem Shmaisani, trading as JobSkillator, based in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach me at +971 52 441 9484 or on WhatsApp.
What this site collects, and why
- Your name. To know who I am meeting, and to put it on the calendar invitation.
- Your email address. To send the calendar invitation and the meeting link, and to contact you if the session has to move.
- Your time zone. To show times in your local hours rather than mine.
- What you would like to cover, if you write it. So I can prepare. It goes in the calendar entry for the session.
- The date and time you booked. To hold the slot and to run the session.
That is the whole list. There is no newsletter sign up, no advertising, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Your card details
Payments are handled by Ziina on their own pages. Your card number never reaches this site and is never stored here. This site only learns whether a payment succeeded.
Companies that necessarily see some of this
- Ziina, takes the payment. Your payment details, which go to Ziina directly and never reach this site. This site only learns whether a payment succeeded. Based: United Arab Emirates.
- Google, calendar and the meeting link. Your name and email address, so the invitation can reach you. Based: Global.
- Neon, stores the booking. Your booking details, held in a database in Frankfurt, Germany. Based: European Union.
- Vercel, runs the website. Ordinary web request information, as any website host does. Based: Global.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and uses no analytics. The only cookie it can set is one that keeps the owner signed in to the private admin page, and it is never set for visitors.
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept while they are needed to run and account for the session, and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner, and anything not needed for those records will be.
What you can ask for
- Ask what information is held about you
- Ask for it to be corrected
- Ask for it to be deleted, within what accounting rules allow
- Ask for a copy of it
Message me on WhatsApp or call, and I will deal with it myself. There is no form and no ticket system.
