Background
I work on the practical end of digital skilling: helping people who have to make decisions actually use data and AI in their day job, rather than sit through a theory session and forget it.
I currently lead a capability portfolio serving 53 government entities and more than 55,000 employees, owning the frameworks, the vendor quality standards, the analytics and the relationships behind it.
Alongside delivery I design the material. I have authored study texts for ACCA on strategic data science and on digital transformation and innovation, and I teach as associate faculty at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University.
